Highlands and Hunter functions fail when security looks like a festival gate.
Weddings, birthdays and cellar-door events still need licensed people if you are controlling access or a crowd. The brief is discreet: parking, gate, a quiet intervention, a named family contact.
Bowral, Cessnock and inner-Sydney private rooms are typical. We match dress to the invitation — not a default high-vis if the host did not ask for it.
Give us the guest count, the finish time and whether alcohol is the main risk. We will not bring a rodeo roster to a garden ceremony.
